Our workshops combine creativity, relaxation, self reflection and group discussion to create a safe space where groups can explore their creativity, express ideas and build connections.

Workshops: Courses & Programs

CREATIVE CONVERSATIONS

Do you have a topic or theme your team, group or class want to explore? We will facilitate a session that will help you explore thoughts, feelings and ideas in a relaxed and creative way.

CHOICES, CHANCES, CHANGES

In this session you will creatively reflect on the past, notice how you're feeling in the present, and look forward to the future. It can help to navigate change, bring clarity, or provide some fresh inspiration.

PEACEFUL PLACES

This session combines Mindfulness and creative expression to help you explore what makes you feel calm and content, as well as considering how you can bring more of this into your daily life.

STORY SESSIONS

In these sessions we use a story or book as inspiration for the creative activities. Focussing on a key theme or message we will help you express, explore and discuss your ideas, feelings and responses in a creative way.

CREATIVE WELLBEING ACTIVITIES

We can deliver simple, relaxing creative activities for your group that promote positive emotional wellbeing and encourage self care. Activities include gratitude jars, positivity postcards, worry trees and sensory squares. Get in touch to find out more.
